RemortgageWatch is a digital tool for recording, organising, and monitoring mortgage and property information. It is designed to help users keep track of balances, valuations, renewal dates, and simple scenarios.

Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing, RemortgageWatch does not provide regulated mortgage advice, recommendations, arranging services, brokerage, or lender representation. Information shown in the product is for general information and record management only.

Important financial disclaimer

The service is not a substitute for personalised financial, legal, tax, or regulated mortgage advice. You should consider taking advice from a suitably qualified and, where relevant, FCA-authorised professional before acting on important mortgage decisions.

Any calculations, reminders, projections, LTV figures, extraction results, summaries, or comparisons in the service may rely on assumptions, historical information, and data you provide. They may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate.

Fair, clear, and not misleading

We aim to describe the service in a way that is fair, clear, and not misleading. That means we try not to overstate what the product can do, and we expect users to review outputs carefully rather than treat them as guaranteed or authoritative.

Eligibility and accounts

You must use the service only for lawful purposes and only in relation to mortgages, properties, and records you are entitled to manage. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that takes place through your account.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• making sure the information you enter or upload is accurate and up to date;
• checking extracted or prefilled information before saving or relying on it;
• making sure you have the right to upload documents or personal data to the service;
• deciding whether and how to act on any information shown by the service.

AI-assisted extraction

Some features may use automated extraction or AI-assisted processing to identify details from documents. These features are provided for convenience only. They may make mistakes, omit information, or misunderstand the source document.

You remain responsible for checking extracted information against the original document before you save it or rely on it.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service in any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading way;
• attempt to access, test, or interfere with another user's account or data;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or compromise the service or its security;
• upload content you do not have the right to use or share;
• use the service to build a competing product by scraping or mass extraction.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will always remain available in its current form.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for security, abuse prevention, non-payment if paid plans are introduced, suspected unlawful activity, or serious breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

We or our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the service, excluding the content and data you submit. You keep ownership of your own content, but you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display it in order to operate the service.

Third-party services

The service may depend on third-party providers such as hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, or document-processing services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, although we try to choose providers carefully.

This includes services such as Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, PostHog for product analytics, and OpenAI for document extraction features where used.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate inputs, missed renewals, changes in interest rates, lender decisions, valuation changes, extraction errors, or decisions you make in reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law
